Mental Health, Behavioral Sciences and Wellbeing

The Mental Health, Behavioral Sciences and Wellbeing track focuses on understanding psychological health, human behavior, and evidence-based interventions that promote emotional resilience, mental wellness, and overall quality of life. This session explores key areas such as clinical psychology, psychiatry, cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management, neuroscience of behavior, addiction studies, trauma care, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Participants will gain insights into the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use disorders. The track highlights the importance of early intervention, community-based care, counseling services, and holistic treatment approaches that integrate biological, psychological, and social factors. Through research presentations, case studies, and expert discussions, attendees will examine advancements in therapeutic techniques, mental health assessment tools, tele-mental health services, and digital mental health applications.
